Graveyard Shift - Drilling Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in printed circuit boards (PCBs), is seeking a Graveyard Shift - Drilling Operator to join their dedicated team. As a Graveyard Shift - Drilling Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting high-tech industries such as aerospace, medical, defense, and communications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a strong commitment to quality, which will align successfully within the organization. Training will be on day/swing shift before transitioning to night schedule.

Job Title: Graveyard Shift - Drilling Operator

Location: Fremont, CA

Pay Range: $22-$26/hr

Shift: Night Shift approximately 5 to 6 hours per day

What's the Job?

• Operate mechanical and CNC drilling equipment used in PCB fabrication with high accuracy
• Set up, load, secure, and align PCB panels to ensure precise hole placement
• Perform routing, V-scoring, and beveling operations based on daily production needs
• Inspect drilled and routed panels for quality, defects, and conformity using microscopes and gauges
• Maintain equipment and work environment following safety and cleanliness standards

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and specifications
• Basic computer skills; experience with Windows-based systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and wear PPE as required
