*Responsibilities*

* Provide professional hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
* Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients hair color needs.
* Sanitize tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations to maintain a hygienic environment.
* Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations for hair care products and services.
* Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and promote salon offerings.
* Maintain accurate client records using salon software for appointments, preferences, and service history.

*Experience*

* Active licensure in Cosmetology/Hair Design/Barbering from the Oregon HLO
* Familiarity with salon software systems is preferred but not mandatory.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients while providing excellent customer service.
* A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair care.
