Position: Housekeeping Manager
Location: Key West, FL – NO RELOCATION ASSISTANCE
Pay Rate: $27.50/hour

Overview:
One Source is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to support the operations of several boutique inns across Key West. This role is hands-on and requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead housekeeping staff across multiple properties while ensuring high service standards.
About the Properties:
The portfolio consists of eight unique bed-and-breakfast style inns (approximately 200 keys total). The housekeeping team includes hourly staff, supervisors, and management support across the properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations across assigned inns.
Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff to ensure consistent quality and service standards.
Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and ordering of supplies.
Provide hands-on support where needed, working alongside team members to complete tasks.
Partner with the Inn Keeper, Area General Manager, and other managers to meet operational goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and brand expectations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping supervisory or management experience.
Hotel or resort housekeeping experience strongly preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Schedule & Travel:
