Location: LaPorte, IN (100% Onsite)

Overview of the Human Resources Summer Intern Role:

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with benefits administration, time tracking, and compliance documentation.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Summer Intern Role:

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $20-$24 per hour, depending on experience.
