Responsibilities:
\nFormulate and manages programs relative to selection, training, promotion, and other employer/employee relationships. Interviews job applicants; develops personnel record forms; adjust disputes and grievances and recommends necessary disciplinary actions; analyzes, classifies and evaluates jobs. Administers employee welfare and recreation services, and serves as an adviser to executive staff in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes.

Qualifications:\n
1. Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience required.
\n2. Master’s Degree preferred
\n3. At least 2 Years of Healthcare Experience required
\n4. Must be familiar with the hospital organization; functions of various departments; pay practices and techniques, review techniques; training methods.
\n5. Familiar with the labor market for recruitment and understanding of accreditation standards.
\n6. Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws required.

Pay Transparency:Mercy Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $97,656 to $136,344 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
