$35 - 45
Final wage determined by experience and skillet.

*Job Overview:*
We're looking for an experienced technician to join our growing HVAC team. You'll join a growing team led by an HVAC & Refrigeration expert with over 25 years of experience and have the ability to learn everything from residential service (ACs, Furnaces, etc.) to light commercial installation (Rooftops, MAUs, etc.) and refrigeration (Coolers, Chillers, Racks, etc.)
Your responsibilities will be to handle service & repair calls, lead installations and change-outs and, when duty calls, perform routine maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
We're looking for someone who's excited to learn, thrive and grow alongside a growing company. We're on pace to double our team by the end of the year, expand to 2-4 additional locations (through acquisitions and green-fielding) and dominate the Western Minnesota market.
