We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructional Coach to join our team. *Duties*
* Collaborate with educators to develop and implement effective training programs that enhance teaching practices.
* Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to design, deliver, and track educational content.
* Educate staff on the use of various learning technologies and ensure they are effectively integrated into the classroom.
* Write and develop instructional materials that align with curriculum standards and best practices.
* Support adult education initiatives by providing coaching and resources tailored to adult learners.
* Manage projects related to curriculum development, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
* Conduct workshops and training sessions aimed at improving instructional techniques and student engagement.

*Experience*
* Proven experience in training development, particularly in an educational setting.
* Familiarity with SCORM standards and their application within learning technology frameworks.
* Strong background in curriculum development, with an emphasis on innovative instructional strategies.
* Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Experience working directly in classrooms or educational environments is highly desirable.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with educational trends.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
