Our attorneys have extensive experience advocating for survivors of sexual abuse. We are dedicated to helping victims of these horrible crimes heal the wounds of their abuse by empowering them through the legal process. We're seeking a dedicated full-time Investigator to join our team at our Manhattan office. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth investigations into allegations of sexual abuse, including interviews and communication with victims, witnesses, and perpetrators Cold call and conduct sensitive interviews with victims and witnesses, often involving discussions of traumatic or emotionally difficult subject matter Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals to prepare cases effectively Conduct online research and investigations to assist in case development and provide key insights Document findings thoroughly and create detailed reports on investigation results Qualifications Proven experience in conducting complex investigations with strong problem-solving skills Prior experience conducting interviews, particularly in sensitive or trauma-related contexts Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in handling sensitive interviews Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, with a focus on accurate documentation Ability to work efficiently in both independent and team-oriented settings in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with relevant investigative tools and technology If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted directly by our firm from Careers@hermanlaw.com .
