Kronos / UKG Pro WFM Senior Business Analyst Lead (PeopleSoft Integration)
Location: Remote with occasional onsite at NYC

Pay: $70-$80 per hour
Seeking an experienced Kronos / UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Senior Business Analyst Lead to support the upgrade from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro WFM .
This role involves consolidating multiple WFC instances into one UKG Pro environment, integrating with PeopleSoft HRMS , and leading testing, data migration, and configuration validation.
Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation for the UKG Pro WFM upgrade.
Manage system integration with PeopleSoft HRMS using Kronos Boomi middleware .
Develop and execute test scripts ensuring full coverage of functional and payroll scenarios.
Validate configuration of Timekeeper, pay rules, CBA, and payroll processes.
Oversee data extraction, cleansing, and migration from WFC to UKG Pro WFM.
Lead and mentor a team of analysts; ensure project deliverables align with objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders, system integrators, and PMO for on-time, quality delivery.
6+ years' experience with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and UKG Pro WFM implementation and configuration.
Strong PeopleSoft HRMS knowledge including SQR , testing, and integration support.
Proven experience with Boomi integrations , data migration, and validation.
Hands-on experience with test script design, QA/UAT execution, and issue resolution.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
End-to-end project lifecycle experience (requirements testing delivery).
Mostly remote; some onsite work required at NYC
