Kubicki Draper is looking for a Legal Recruiter to join our in-house recruitment team. This role will involve identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional legal talent to meet the firm's expanding needs. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the legal industry, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively assess candidates.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various legal practice areas.
• Source candidates through networking, social media, and legal career platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with Shareholders, Director of HR and Hiring Partner.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, with at least one year of legal recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of various legal practice areas and the legal recruitment landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach.
• Proficient in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
