Job Title: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Location: Saratoga Springs, NY
Contract Duration: 3+ Months (Extendable)
Shift: Nights | 3x12 Hours
Travel Weekly Gross: $1,941.84 for 36 hours
Local Candidates: Not Accepted (50-mile radius restriction applies)
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team for a crisis evaluation role. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to supporting patients in critical situations.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct crisis evaluations and provide immediate support/interventions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop appropriate care and safety plans.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Provide resources, referrals, and follow-up care coordination as needed.
Work every other weekend and on holidays as scheduled.
Active NY LMSW license (in hand).
3 years of current crisis evaluation experience preferred.
BLS Certification (Basic Life Support).
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
