What You'll Do

• Represent clients in real estate and civil litigation matters in state and federal courts
• Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Conduct strategic legal research and analysis
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes with precision
• Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk, and regulatory compliance
• Manage a diverse caseload with autonomy and efficiency
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff

What We're Looking For

• JD from an accredited law school and license to practice in New York
• 3+ years of litigation experience , with a strong foundation in civil litigation
• Experience in real estate litigation is a plus -including landlord-tenant disputes, development conflicts, and title issues
• Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive both independently and in a team
• Strong analytical thinking and a solutions-oriented approach
