About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant specialized in Addiction Medicine for a 264-day locum tenens assignment in New Mexico. This vital role starts on Sep 2, 2025, and features a Monday to Friday schedule with flexible evening shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM. The position focuses on supporting emergency medical services, managing withdrawal symptoms, and optimizing patient care in collaboration with nursing staff.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Support and receive emergency medical services as needed.
• Collaborate with LPNs to maximize patient care efficiency.
• Assist patients experiencing withdrawals.
• Prescribe and manage medications appropriately.

Additional Information

• Must be licensed as a Physician Assistant in New Mexico.
• Proficiency with the Credible EMR system is required.
