The work: Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX) Support multiple mission-critical systems across various business domains, working closely with stakeholders to ensure system performance, usability, and alignment with agency goals Provide mentorship, lead troubleshooting efforts, and contribute to architecture decisions Design and implement scalable, user-friendly, and secure applications supporting Oracle Here’s what you need: 5+ years of Oracle APEX application development experience Development experience with PL/SQL, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment Experience with Agile & Scrum Active Top Secret required with ability to obtain SCI Bonus points if you have: Certifications: Oracle Application Express (APEX) Developer Certified Expert Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
