Job Title : Sales Executive (outside sales) Details: Pay range: $60,000 to $70,000 base + commission Commission structure will be discussed during the interview Average OTE around $85,000 to $95,000 first year Schedule: M-F flexible hours between 7:00am to 5:00pm (must hit 40 hours per week) Location : In office in Bloomington, MN Type: Direct Hire Job Duties: Serve as the sole Sales Executive in the Service Department, working alongside four peers in Design Build and Plan/Spec sales. Proactively generate new business through door-to-door outreach, cold calls, and on-site visits (80% field, 20% office). Reconnect with former and inactive accounts while following up on existing preventative maintenance contracts. Respond to inbound leads and inquiries, fostering strong, long-term client relationships. Develop and present detailed bids and proposals customized to client requirements. Perform regular site visits to uncover new service opportunities. Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless project hand-offs and successful delivery. Represent the company with professionalism in all client engagements.
