Overview Phileo Shared Services is seeking a Communications Associate/Graphic Designer to support the marketing and communications strategies for a network of partner Christian schools. This position helps each school articulate its brand, mission, and story to reach families, donors, and the broader community with clarity and purpose. Responsibilities Create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and marketing materials for digital and print (e.g., social media, flyers, presentations, brochures). Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and enhance community engagement. Collaborate with the team to produce materials for events, campaigns, and programs. Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of relevant experience in a communications or graphic design role. Experience with digital communication tools and platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Personal commitment to Jesus Christ and solid understanding of the Word of God. There should be evidence of a godly lifestyle based on a commitment to Jesus Christ. A passion for Christian education, paired with a commitment to DC’s mission and alignment with biblical values.
