**SCOPE OF POSITION:**

Leads the Plan to Make process stream for the ERP Program, and post-project long term road-maps. Develops implementation plans with the Solution Integration partner. Sets deadlines, manages scope, assigns responsibilities and monitors progress for and within the ERP system. Facilitates all stages of system testing for the stream. Provides functional process expertise for the Plan-to-Make process stream. Establishes ERP vision and future direction in collaboration with stakeholders.

+ Process Team Lead for the assigned process stream.

+ Subject Matter Expert with accountability and ownership of process design, business requirements, design and documentation of business processes. This includes identification of gaps, localization issues and configured business processes.

+ Develop strategies, plans and processes for the ERP solution, based on organizational requirements.

+ Coordinate and manage implementation efforts in conjunction with other process teams, and the Solution Integration Partner

+ Assist in integrations with upstream and downstream processes and workflows.

+ Support the Data Team with data cleansing requirements, data migration, training and go-live support.

+ Manage ERP implementation and post implementation activities including process workflows.

+ Perform conflict resolution and project management duties including meeting notes, follow up on actions, documenting and communicating decisions.

+ Assist with system requirements and vendor offerings/capabilities.

+ Enforce ERP policies, procedures, and standards.

**Qualifications**

**KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION:** (Minimum Education and/or Experience required)

+ Four to five years master planning & production scheduling, including procurement, SIOP/S&OP; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Thorough knowledge of production planning in a manufacturing environment.

+ Experience interacting with suppliers, developing processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.

+ Detail-oriented, strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

+ Familiarity with ERP systems as well as process and discrete manufacturing processes.

+ Proven leadership ability in a technical team role and in cross-functional environments.

+ Prior experience in analyzing and interpreting technical procedures for planning functions.

+ Able to multi-task and manage multiple assignments concurrently, with an elevated level of detail and analytical skills.
