Position: Private Investigator Type: Independent Contractor Compensation: $40–$55/hour Location: Remote Duration: 6 weeks Commitment: 20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Write tasks and scenarios reflecting real-world loss prevention and investigative work in retail based on professional experience. Create realistic situations involving surveillance operations, shoplifting incidents, theft investigations, and evidence documentation. Develop scenarios for apprehending suspects, writing incident reports, conducting interviews, and coordinating with law enforcement. Review and evaluate AI responses to retail security and investigation queries for accuracy and professional standards. Provide detailed feedback on loss prevention scenarios to improve AI training. Qualifications 4+ years professional experience as a private detective or investigator in retail trade. Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities. Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems. Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills. Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz. Preferred 14 years experience preferred. Start Date Immediately Compensation & Legal Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect. Payments based on services rendered; contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods.
