Project Manager Large Format Print

Are you an experienced Project Manager/Sale Representative in the large format print or branded environments space , looking to join a forward-thinking team delivering high-impact work across the US but not looking to do sales prospecting and rely on commission only? This position is for you. Were seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, quoting projects and managing large format print branding projects for our existing client base which includes businesses in retail, architecture, construction, commercial real estate, marketing, education and healthcare.

Headquartered in Wilmington MA, Kirkwood Printing is a long-established business that specializes in delivering end-to-end print solutions from direct mail and offset printing, to large format graphics, interior signage and branded space solutions.

With our recent growth and acquisitions, we need support staff to manage the inbound large format graphic opportunities. We will provide you with qualified opportunities and you will be responsible for overseeing projects from briefing, site surveys, material choice through to final installation, working closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless execution, every time. What Youll Be Doing:

• Adapt to a variety of work environments: some days youll be on-site at Kirkwoods Wilmington manufacturing facility reviewing projects with the production team, other days youll be in the field with a Kirkwood salesperson at a client location, conducting site visits, or managing subcontractors and installation crews. On other days you may be working remotely, handling project documentation, scheduling, and planning.
• Anticipate project needs and push internal schedules forward, ensuring milestones are met or exceeded to deliver on client expectations.
