We’re hiring a Public Relations & Communications Assistant to support nonprofit awareness campaigns through public outreach, events, and strategic communications. As a Public Relations & Communications Assistant, you’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and campaign teams to:
Execute PR, outreach, and communications strategies for nonprofit campaigns
Coordinate and support community events and live marketing activations
Represent nonprofit organizations through face-to-face public engagement
Assist with branded materials, signage, and event merchandising
Track campaign metrics (e.g. foot traffic, donor engagement, inventory usage)
Collaborate with venues, volunteers, and local partners for event success
Maintain relationships with vendors, event partners, and team members
Research and pitch new outreach opportunities to expand campaign reach
Analyze campaign performance data and contribute to strategy improvements
