We are looking for 2-4 years of inpatient management experience preferably Woman's /Children's 

Responsible for Inpatient units-Quality & Safety -Patient Experience-Service- Budgeting and All Clinical Operations

Responsibilities

Direct services, workflow and/or resources for clinical program(s).


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct implementation of programs and/or redesigns care or service delivery to improve patient outcomes and service standards. Collaborate to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery across the continuum.
  • Develop and grow business with referring facilities and other business care services. Monitor trends and identify opportunities.
  • Coordinate activities related to clinical quality reporting to meeting contractual requirements and facilitate performance improvement activities.
  • Plan, organize, and direct all activities related to staffing and prepare and monitor budget(s).

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • One or more of the following required:
    • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
  • Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 5 years of experience required.
  • 10 years of experience preferred.
  • 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
  • 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
