Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver and stock Frito-Lay products at a variety of retail outlets including supermarkets, convenience stores, and discount retailers
• Operate a Frito-Lay delivery vehicle along designated routes and efficiently unload products
• Build positive relationships with store personnel to boost sales and execute product displays and promotions
• Monitor product rotation and uphold merchandising standards to ensure freshness and visual appeal
• Utilize handheld technology to track orders, manage inventory, and log delivery details
• Complete a structured 46 week training program covering delivery operations, merchandising, and sales techniques
• Provide coverage across different routes and adapt to various store formats as needed to support business objectives

Required Skills and Experience

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and compliance with state-specific requirements
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 pounds per shift, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills with the ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as part of a varied schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery driving, merchandising, retail, or customer service
• Proven ability to build in-store relationships and contribute to product sales growth
