OSF Digitals Salesforce Solutions Architects are responsible for providing architecture strategy and design for OSF Digital clients with a focus on Salesforce and its related integrations / technologies. Salesforce Solutions Architects are also expected to help OSF Digital build specialist capabilities in relevant Salesforce fields such as CPQ, B2B and AI etc.

The role encompasses a minimum of 80% billable utilization with any remaining time focused on pre-sales, internal objectives and input into the provision of high quality and profitable service offerings to OSF Digital clients. Some identification and qualification of opportunities within existing accounts will be expected in this position. On a project basis, the role requires some hands-on technical involvement in addition to project leadership and client relationship management. As senior members of the team, Architects are also expected to share knowledge via mentoring and coaching for more junior consultants.

What will you do

• Deliver solution designs for clients that meet OSF Digitals high standards of quality, timeliness and profitability.
• Input into requirements and creation of specifications and architectural artefacts.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the client base.
• Hands-on delivery within projects as required (development / configuration).
• Project estimates and scoping.
• Contribute to building out OSF Digitals IP and knowledge base.
• Work actively with OSF Digital to shape the tools, artefacts and capability of a successful practice and market offering.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities as required, working closely with the OSF Digital business development team.
• Build strong, trusted relationships within the OSF Digital client-base.
• Keep abreast of market trends and assist OSF Digital in remaining at the forefront of the market.

Requirements

Skill Set

Summary:

• A Technical Leader, Bi-lingual, with SF experience: Core, Loyalty or B2B would be advantageous
• Native/ Fluent Japanese speaker is preferred.
• Strong/ Professional level - English speaker is ideal.
• 3+ years hands-on architecture experience
• 10+ years of commercial experience
• Experience architecting and delivering solutions to both large and small organisations with a particular emphasis on complex, enterprise level environments
• All Salesforce Consultants and Architects are expected to hold and maintain a current Salesforce Administration certification in addition to any other certifications relevant to their role (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud & App Builder in particular for Architects)
• Demonstrated experience in consulting; stakeholder management and project delivery
• An understanding of CRM systems (with specific Salesforce experience of benefit)
• An understanding of Agile frameworks and change management practices
• Prior experience with Salesforce technologies
• Experience across a range of industries is of benefit
• The ability to make recommendations based on a deep understanding of clients technology landscapes
• Excellent documentation skills

• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
• Strong background with a range of integration technologies and platforms design and implementation

• Flexible and able to apply expertise appropriately in a variety of settings
