About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior eDiscovery Counsel to play a key role in high-stakes matters and contribute to the growth of AI governance initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on complex discovery strategy, data privacy, compliance, and records retention, with a focus on clients in highly regulated industries. This pivotal position requires a professional with significant eDiscovery experience, a deep understanding of advanced AI tools, and strong litigation and client counseling skills. The role is well-suited to a candidate with a strategic and innovative vision, particularly in the context of supporting the company's AI governance initiatives.
