Senior Full-stack Engineer
San Francisco | Full-time, On-site | $180K $230K + Equity
About the RoleThis is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage team building foundational systems in AI-driven products. You'll work side-by-side with the founders, own critical architecture and product decisions from day one, and directly shape the customer experience.

What You'll DoScale architecture : Design and optimize systems to handle rapid user and traffic growth while maintaining real-time performance.
Automate AI workflows : Build and own tooling for evaluating and retraining AI models in production, ensuring they improve continuously.
Own the product : Work directly with customers, define problems, design solutions, ship code, and iterate quickly.
Full-stack execution : Develop across the stack (frontend, backend, integrations) to get users live and delighted.
Build integrations : Create rich, bidirectional features with tools like Slack and Teams to embed the product where customers already work.
58 years of full-time full-stack engineering experience, ideally at YC-backed or top-tier startups.
Experience in agentic product development and shipping products with real users and revenue.
A background that blends big tech stability with early-stage startup scrappiness .
Experience as a technical PM turned SWE is a strong plus.
Strong CS or engineering degree .
Full-stack capabilities with high proficiency in TypeScript and React .
Strong intuition on when and how to use AI , with experience leveraging it to accelerate workflows.
