Work-from-Home, Hybrid, or In-Office Limb Lab is seeking a full-time Social Media and Marketing Coordinator who loves working hard and being part of a professional and agile team. The hire will be responsible for strengthening the company’s brand presence, engagement, and growth across digital platforms. A successful Social Media and Marketing Coordinator will be highly motivated – and assessed on the ability – to deliver measurable outcomes through innovative marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Monitor and engage with online community in alignment with brand voice. Support the planning and execution of results-focused digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Coordinate graphics, photos, and videos to support marketing initiatives. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize performance and drive measurable results. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Assist in coordinating events, sponsorships, and promotional activities. Research trends, competitors, and best practices to keep marketing strategies innovative, competitive, and effective. Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field (or equivalent experience). Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related role. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools. Basic graphic design and video editing skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
