Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Carney, Sandoe & Associates, an education recruitment firm, is currently seeking a Spanish Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year at an all-girl catholic school in Miami, FL. Spanish Teacher Responsibilities: Develop engaging lesson plans and curricula tailored to the needs and skill levels of individual students. Teach Spanish language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing through a variety of instructional methods. Create opportunities for students to practice conversational Spanish and improve pronunciation and comprehension. Teaching students about Spanish culture, which may include festivals, traditional food, and dress, and social conventions. Organizing fun events where students can showcase their Spanish language skills. Communicate with parents regarding student progress and behavior. Participate in regular professional development activities to stay current with best practices and innovation in language education. Spanish Teacher Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Linguistics, Education, or related required. Master’s degree preferred. Fluency in Spanish required. At least 5 years of previous teaching experience. No teaching license or credential is required. Strong interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills. Organized, dependable, and eager to contribute to the school community. Willingness to assist with extracurricular and school community activities. Additional Desired Qualities: Knowledge of ACTFL standards preferred.
