Ferretti Search is excited to partner with a growing manufacturer to find a proactive, systems-oriented Supply Chain Manager. This is an ideal role for someone with strong leadership skills, a background in manufacturing, and a passion for optimizing supply chain operations across customer service, procurement, logistics, and planning.

Supply Chain Manager

Location: Gastonia, NC

Compensation: $115,000–$125,000 base salary + up to 15% annual bonus target

Benefits: Comprehensive H / V / D benefits & strong PTO (5 weeks total

What will your day look like?

• Lead and manage teams across customer service, planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
• Assess and improve supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support customer satisfaction.
• Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts for raw materials and transportation.
• Analyze inventory, materials planning, and distribution to align with production goals and client delivery timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and serve as the key liaison for ERP-related activities and upgrades.
• Provide clear, data-backed reporting to leadership on supply chain performance and order status.

Who are you?

• Experienced Supply Chain Leader: You bring at least 5+ years in a supply chain leadership role within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong Communicator: You’re confident managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships, and can work directly with executive leadership.
• Systems-Minded: You’re skilled at improving processes and ideally have some familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP platforms.
• Manufacturing Fluent: Backgrounds in packaging, print, plastics, or general manufacturing are all a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree Required: A degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is required. A master’s degree is a plus.
