About the Opportunity

Pharmaceutical Sales Representative - Primary Care (Specialty / Entry Level)

We are seeking full-time candidates to manage pharmaceutical brand awareness, business development, and sales. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and enjoys working with clients.

This role involves lead generation, customer service, and client acquisition to build lifelong customer relationships for our clients. It offers opportunities for career growth, including managing campaigns, client expectations, and staff training. You will manage a portfolio of clients, assist with healthcare contracts, and practice management needs. We provide support for career advancement and bonuses. Proficiency with tablets, computers, and both Microsoft and Apple products is required.

Responsibilities

• Finding and engaging new clients and retaining them long-term


• Becoming a healthcare expert for your client base


• Assisting clients with medical agreements and healthcare cost management


• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and suppliers


• Managing time effectively in a multi-faceted role


• Performing other duties as reasonably requested

Experience and Skills

• Minimum one year in sales or customer service


• Proven record of meeting sales or customer satisfaction goals


• Ability to identify, win, and retain clients


• Excellent communication skills


• Strong organizational skills
