Tooling Mold Maker to help us keep quality at the core of everything we do.
What You'll Do (aka Your Superpowers): - Highly skilled with electrode design and machining.
- Build and repair molds that power our presses and production.
- Tame the machines: CNCs, lathes, mills, grinders, EDMsyou name it.
- Decode blueprints and engineering drawings like a pro.
- Recommend improvements to make our tools even better.
- Prep molds for production with pinpoint precision.
- Use software to check 3D designs and bring them to life.
- Measure twice (maybe three times) and cut onceaccuracy is key.
- Team up with our Tooling Manager and leads to troubleshoot and perfect.
- Keep detailed notes and records on tool performance and maintenance.
What You Bring: - Journeyman Tool & Die Maker statusthis isn't your first rodeo.
- 5-10 years of plastic injection mold experience.
- CAM systems, CNC mills, and EDM knowledge? Yes, please.
- Bonus points for experience with Mastercam, SolidWorks, Charmilles, and Okuma.
- Mechanical know-how and the muscle to lift 50 lbs when needed.
- Tech-savvy mindset and sharp attention to detail.
- Team spirit with strong communication chops.
Pay That Reflects Your Skills: $46.24 - $52.00/hour (Based on experience)
