ProKatchers is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Lawton, Oklahoma.
Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist
Standard shift: Days
Weekly schedule: 5x8
Schedule Notes: 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM - Rotate call during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Weekend Requirements: None
On Call Requirements: Split by 4, usually 2 days/wk, with an off week
Description:
We are a complete Cath Lab utilizing Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, and a General Surgeon.
We provide complete Cardiac and Peripheral Services in Southwest Oklahoma.
The procedures include: Left Heart Cath, Right and Left Heart Cath, PTCA, Stenting, Thrombectomy, and Atherectomy.
Carotid diagnostic and stenting.
Peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures including Atherectomy.
Pacemaker Insertion, Tilt Table Test, Kyphoplasty, and AV graft diagnostic, stent, and thrombectomy.
Be proficient in the various devices used in the Cath Lab, such as the Philips Laser System, IVUS, OCT, and various coronary and peripheral atherectomy devices.
We have two Siemens Artis Zee C-arms.
We have the McKesson CPACS, McKesson Cardiology, and the Mckesson Hemodynamic System.
Applicant will rotate between scrubbing and circulating procedures which includes operating the xray equipment.
Other duties include helping with pre and post area, transporting, assisting with inventory management and billing.
Qualifications:
Education:
Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, or a related field – Required
Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred
Licensing/Certification:
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) through CCI – Preferred
ARRT (R) and/or RT(R)(CV) – Accepted
Oklahoma state license – Required
BLS and ACLS Certifications – Required
Experience:
At least 6 months of experience - Required
