\nRN - ICU
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
\n• Every other weekend schedule required
\n• 1 week RTO (Requested Time Off) allowed
\n• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
\n• Experience with CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) required
\n• Cerner system experience required
\n• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
\n• Current Michigan State Board of Nursing licensure required
\n• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required
\n• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
\n• Provide leadership in coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care
\n• Utilize nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
\n• Delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and families
\n• Communicate pertinent patient/family information to healthcare team
\n• Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals
\n• Perform wide variety of professional nursing services
\n• Demonstrate clinical knowledge and analytical abilities for effective nursing care plans
