• Hours per Week: 36\n
• Unit: 19-bed Neurosurgical ICU\n
• Patient Ratio: 2-3:1\n

\n\nICU RN Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio\n
• At least 1 year of recent Neuro ICU or critical care nursing experience\n
• Ability to float to other intensive care units and step-down units as needed\n
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)\n
• Completion of all onboarding requirements (immunizations, background check, competency exams, health screenings)\n

\n\nCritical Care Nursing Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide expert nursing care to patients with acute neurological conditions, including stroke, subarachnoid hemorrhage, seizures, and post-operative needs\n
• Conduct frequent neurological and hemodynamic assessments\n
• Monitor and manage invasive intracranial pressure devices\n
• Assist with and coordinate CT, MRI, and angiography procedures\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes\n
• Float to other ICU and step-down units as required\n
