Position Details

Title: UX Developer

Location: Nashville, TN

Duration: 12+ Months

Must-Have Skills

• Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
• Prototype Development
• Angular

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Responsive and Adaptive Design
• UI Design Development

Key Skills & Experience

UX Design / UI Design

• Strong visual design skills (color theory, typography, layout)
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems
• Ability to deliver pixel-perfect UI designs
• Knowledge of modern UI/UX trends and best practices
• Experience with iconography and graphic design elements

CSS / SCSS

• Proficiency in CSS3 for web styling
• Experience with SCSS (Sass) for scalable and maintainable stylesheets
• Understanding of CSS methodologies such as BEM
• Familiarity with CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS)
• Experience building responsive layouts using media queries, Flexbox, and Grid

Prototyping / Design Tools

• Ability to create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
• Experience with tools such as Figma (or similar)

Responsive Design

• Design for multiple devices and screen sizes
• Apply responsive design principles to ensure cross-device usability

Angular Knowledge

• Understanding of Angular fundamentals to ensure design feasibility
• Collaboration with Angular developers for implementation
• Coding experience with Angular or React is a plus
