Job Title: Senior UX Designer
Job Type: W2 - 2 month contract, opportunity for FTE
Location: Remote
Schedule: Standard business hours (with flexibility as needed)
Pay Rate: $ 45 - 54 per hour
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to support one of our largest healthcare clients. This is a fully remote, contract role through the end of the year with strong potential for extension. The designer will play a key role in enhancing user experiences for internal healthcare products through human-centered design, research-driven insights, and cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Strategy: Lead design efforts to improve client interactions with healthcare professionals.
- Advocacy & Education: Promote human-centered design principles across the team.
- User Research: Partner with UX and research teams to conduct studies and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Information Architecture: Create structured content frameworks to improve navigation and task efficiency.
- User Flows/Wireframes: Develop low-fidelity concepts for validation and feedback.
- Prototypes: Build interactive mockups for development and stakeholder reviews.
- Stakeholder Presentations: Communicate designs and insights effectively to secure alignment and buy-in.
Additional Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business, product, research, and technical teams to address complex challenges.
- Anticipate user needs and design proactive solutions.
- Stay current on digital healthcare trends and introduce innovative ideas.
- Mentor and inspire team members through constructive feedback and collaboration.
Required Skills & Tools: - 5+ years of UX Design experience
- Proficiency with Figma and Salesforce
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design expertise
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
