In this impactful role, you will leverage your expertise in UX content design and language pedagogy to develop groundbreaking learning content. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between advanced AI capabilities and human learning needs, ensuring that educational tools are not only intelligent but also deeply user-centric and pedagogically sound. Your contributions will directly enhance the user experience, making language acquisition more accessible, enjoyable, and effective for learners worldwide.

As a key contributor, you will execute tasks within a broader project scope, applying your foundational knowledge of UX principles and user-centered product development. You will address complex challenges by applying established design patterns and frameworks, driving continuous improvement based on user feedback and strategic insights. Your core responsibilities will include:

* Help identify innovative UX solutions for user, product, and business challenges, adapting to evolving design constraints.
* Execute prioritized design work across projects, ensuring clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
* Contribute to creating concepts for product ideation, user research, and testing, and assist in conducting research to inform UX decisions.
* Apply UX frameworks for user experiences, including principles, patterns, and systems, leveraging standard writing and design tools to develop mock-ups or prototypes.
* Identify product or platform requirements and adhere to well-defined design templates, style guides, and accessibility guidelines.
* Continuously improve UX based on research and stakeholder input.
* Analyze user needs, pain points, and language comprehension gaps, collaborating to identify and solve problems within strategic, product, and technological constraints.
* Utilize key data and metrics to evaluate product impact, fostering a deep understanding of the product ecosystem, user trends, and industry landscape.
* Contribute to establishing holistic UX processes, systems, and frameworks for product features or components.
* Define quality rubrics for LLM-generated speaking, listening, and vocabulary content, as well as LLM-generated learning recommendations tailored to various proficiency levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced).
* Create exemplary “golden examples” for learning scenarios specifically designed for different German and Portuguese learner proficiency levels.
* Evaluate LLM-generated learning content for quality and effectiveness.
* Test the product experience and provide insightful feedback.

Client Description

As a UX Writer & Content Designer, you execute tasks within the scope of a broader project under general guidance from a manager, team drive, or senior team members. You address low-complexity problems and recommend standard design and/or UX solutions by applying or extending established patterns, frameworks, resources, and tools. You accomplish work by utilizing a foundational knowledge of your craft, UX principles, user-centered product development methodologies, and research tools. You work within defined guidelines to complete work such as: analyzing or anticipating the needs of a diverse global audience, applying well-defined design standards such as writing and information design patterns that successfully guide the user through and within the product, and helping to improve writing and design based on UX testing and partner/stakeholder input. You’re developing the ability to design products and develop UX solutions that result in a coherent product, platform, or user experience including the ability to question and assess the execution, craft, longevity, and scale of designs. 

Responsibilities include: 
– Help identify innovative UX solutions to routine user, product, and business problems. Respond to evolving design constraints.
– Execute prioritized design work across projects and communicate priorities with team members and stakeholders.
– Help create concepts for informing product ideation and/or user research/testing or help conduct research with direct guidance to inform UX.
– Apply UX frameworks for user experiences, including principles, patterns, and systems. With guidance, leverage standard writing and design tools to help develop mock-ups or prototypes. Identify product or platform requirements, and follow well-defined design templates, style guides, and accessibility guidelines.
– Help improve UX based on research and stakeholder input, with regular guidance.
– Analyze user needs, pain points, or gaps in language comprehension. Through collaboration with others, help identify defined problems with defined solutions within the constraints of strategy, product, or technology.
– Use key data and metrics to evaluate product impact and invest in understanding the product ecosystem, user trends, and industry (e.g., competitors).
– Contribute to establishing holistic UX processes, systems, frameworks or patterns for a feature or component within a product, with regular guidance.
