Job Description

Hours: Flexible and to be determined.

General Duties:

• Receiving, making, and filtering phone calls and emails, primarily from or regarding victims of domestic violence, abuse, and stalking
• Handling intakes and collection of information
• Scheduling
• Record keeping and filing
• Working with BMP, law enforcement, FJC, APS, CPS, attorneys, and other agencies
• Court filings of restraining orders
• Research as assigned
• Reporting daily duties
• Other training as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid state or federal ID
• Typing and general computer and internet skills
• Correct spelling and proper grammar and writing skills
• Professionalism, empathy, and ability to deal with sensitive, graphic, and confidential information
