We are seeking a
Warehouse & Training Supervisor to lead and develop a team of warehouse employees on our production shift. This role focuses on training and development of warehouse staff while supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our warehouse team operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all Palermo's, USDA, and OSHA standards.

What You'll Do... - Lead, train, and mentor warehouse team members to meet productivity, safety, and quality standards.
- Maintain consistent material flow to production while ensuring accurate scanning and inventory control.
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory functions on the shift.
- Conduct onboarding, training, and evaluations for permanent and temporary employees.
- Ensure full compliance with forklift processes, PPE requirements, and company safety policies.
- Maintain and audit training records in the company's Learning Management System (WorkForge).
- Investigate and document safety incidents in collaboration with the Safety Department.
- Partner with HR and staffing agencies to ensure proper shift coverage and performance feedback.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement by coaching and empowering your team.
What You Bring... - 4+ years of warehousing experience; frozen food or manufacturing preferred.
- 1+ year of supervisory experience.
- Powered Industrial Truck certification (required).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse systems; Oracle Fusion and WMS experience preferred.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
