Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Chandler AZ
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
Hours/schedule : M-F 7am-4pm
A leading provider of specialized products and services for controlled and critically clean environments is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at a high-volume client manufacturing site. This is a hands-on leadership position that blends inventory oversight, people management, logistics coordination, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities
-Direct daily warehouse operations, including receiving, order fulfillment, inventory control, and logistics coordination
-Lead and coach a team of warehouse staff to meet performance goals and service expectations
-Ensure accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation
-Work closely with internal supply chain teams and external delivery partners to manage inbound and outbound flow
-Monitor team performance, manage scheduling, and ensure cross-training for maximum efficiency
-Conduct daily team briefings and monthly performance reviews with key stakeholders
-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and proactive service
-Drive improvement initiatives using tools like 5S, lean practices, and root cause analysis
-Maintain adherence to safety standards and ensure the site is inspection-ready at all times
-Support compliance with employment regulations, company policies, and site-specific protocols
What You Bring
-At least 2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations
Solid understanding of inventory systems, material movement, and supply chain processes
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP or WMS platforms
-Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
-Forklift certification and experience required
-Hands-on experience developing SOPs and driving best practices in warehouse operations
-Flexibility to work extended hours or travel when required
