Location: In-office role at our Uptown Charlotte office Overview Design Websites That Make Businesses Shine! Are you a creative problem-solver with a passion for design and detail? As a Web Designer at Townsquare Interactive, youll bring small and medium-sized businesses to life onlinedesigning and refining well-structured, highly-functional websites that help them grow. Youll collaborate closely with our onboarding team, applying both technical skill and creative insight to deliver high-quality designs that align with each clients brand and goals. What Youll Do As a Web Designer, youll create engaging, user-friendly websites that reflect each clients vision and drive measurable results. Your day-to-day will include: Designing and building 34 websites per day for small to medium-sized businesses across a variety of industries using CMS platforms like Duda, WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace. Ensuring each design aligns with client style preferences and meets accessibility and SEO standards. Making final revisions, edits, and optimizations prior to website launch to ensure a seamless client experience. Designing simple business logos and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite tools. Partnering with onboarding agents and internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. Troubleshooting and resolving website or design issues efficiently and creatively. What Youll Bring Bachelors Degree (required) Proven experience designing and building websites through CMS platforms (Duda, WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace). Basic knowledge of front-end languages (HTML/CSS). Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop required). Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Whats In It for You?
