Job Description

This role is for two ABA paraprofessionals to provide one-on-one support for students with Autism in a K-12 Partner program in Dover, NH. These positions focus on delivering individualized assistance aligned with applied behavior analysis principles within a school setting. Paid training is provided, and experience supporting students with Autism or in behavior intervention is important.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to students with Autism following ABA strategies
• Attend and actively participate in a 35-hour paid training week scheduled for mid-August
• Engage in three introductory workshop days prior to the school year
• Support students during regular school hours: Monday to Thursday from 7:20 AM to 3:20 PM and Friday from 7:50 AM to 3:20 PM
• Participate in up to five additional training or workshop days as approved

Qualifications and Experience:

• Prior experience working with students with Autism or in ABA-related roles strongly preferred
• Para II certification from NH Department of Education required or candidate must be actively pursuing it
• Candidates with a college degree or at least 48 college credits may qualify by submitting an application and passing a state background check
• Familiarity with behavior intervention techniques and individualized instruction is beneficial

• Dover, New Hampshire, serving K-12 students in a school environment
• Contract position for the current school year (CSY)
