What You'll Do :
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of our store and the bridge between customers and premium telecom offerings:
Greet customers and assess mobile/data/Internet needs
Drive service activation, upgrades, and device sales to meet monthly revenue targets
Sell accessories, protection plans, and add‐ons to maximize value per customer
Process billing updates, payment assistance, and account changes accurately
Maintain store and company standards
Ensure seamless customer experiences from greeting to solution delivery
Requirements :
At least 18 years old with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Minimum High school diploma or GED (college internships or applicable experience a plus)
Great attitude : patient, positive, naturally curious, and proactive in suggesting solutions
Superb verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Flexible availability—including evenings, weekends, and some holidays—and attendance reliability
Comfortable standing up to 9 hours
Reliable transportation
