Manage executive schedules and emails with precision and professionalism Answer and place calls confidently and clearly Coordinate calendars and meetings using Google Calendar Create and edit documents and slides in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides) Proofread content and communications with sharp attention to detail Support logistics and communication for video projects and productions Act as a go-to team hub, helping projects stay organized and on track Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to streamline workflows and draft content Take initiative and solve problems without needing step-by-step instructions Are organized, dependable, and punctual Love communication and feel confident on the phone and in email Have a strong grasp of grammar, tone, and writing clarity Are fluent in Google Suite and tech-savvy with digital tools Have a “figure it out” mindset and pick things up quickly Are comfortable using or learning AI tools to boost productivity Are excited by the energy of video production and creative projects Are a people person who enjoys working with a small, high-performing team You’ll join a team that’s passionate about visual storytelling — helping clients across industries create videos that inspire action and emotion.
