Job Description
Position Summary:
The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order processing, shipment preparation, and proactive delivery monitoring. This role plays a key part in maintaining Milk Stork's high standards of service reliability and customer satisfaction through diligent shipment tracking, issue resolution, and coordination with carriers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and fulfill daily shipments in alignment with service timelines.
• Generate and manage shipping labels and documentation.
• Proactively track and monitor shipments until delivery.
• Submit and follow up on carrier claims as needed.
• Provide Saturday coverage for delivery monitoring and exception handling.
• Conduct outbound calls for delivery exceptions and resolutions.
• Generate reports for performance tracking, follow-up, and escalation.
• Proactively monitor and, if needed, intervene on potential delays in scheduled pickups to ensure on-time dispatch.
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in fulfillment, supply chain, or customer care preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, shipping platforms, ERP systems).
• Excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Schedule:
• Monday - Saturday (Sundays & Tuesdays Off)
• 8:00AM to 4:00PM
• $22.00 per hour depending on experience
• Starts As Soon As Possible
