Join Centinela Hospital Medical Center , a proud member of Prime Healthcare, as a Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician . This is a unique opportunity to practice in a collaborative, well-established multi-specialty group led by Dr. Paryus Patel, providing both inpatient and outpatient care.

Position Highlights

• Employment: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Scope of Practice: 50% outpatient pulmonary, 50% inpatient pulmonary & critical care, including hospital and LTACH support
• Setting: Hospital-based and LTACH support in a collaborative, multi-specialty group
• Call Schedule: 1 in 2 (negotiable)
• Candidate Eligibility: Pulmonary & Critical Care Board Certified or Board Eligible

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base: $360,000 plus $40,000 performance bonus
• Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance negotiable
• Partnership track in outpatient practice
• Malpractice insurance provided
