We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for driving financial planning, consolidation of multiple entities, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making support across the business. Youll partner closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to ensure accurate reporting and insightful financial modeling.

Entity Consolidation & Financial Reporting:

• Lead the monthly and quarterly financial close and consolidation process across multiple domestic and international entities.
• Ensure intercompany transactions are properly eliminated and financials are accurately consolidated in accordance with GAAP.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to reconcile entity-level results and maintain audit readiness.

FP&A and Business Insights:

• Drive company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, margin analysis, and business unit performance.
• Provide actionable insights to department leaders and executives based on financial and operational KPIs.

Cross-Functional Support & Strategic Projects:

• Partner with leaders in Operations, Content, Livestream, Affiliate Management, and Paid Media to support financial tracking and business unit strategy.
• Contribute to investor reporting, capital raises, and due diligence efforts as needed.
• Evaluate the financial impact of new initiatives, partnerships, or market expansions.

Operational Finance & Systems:

• Assist in the improvement of financial systems, controls, and processes, particularly related to multi-entity structures.
• Support compliance with local and international tax, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
• Build dashboards and reports for executives and department heads.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting, with experience consolidating multiple entities (domestic and/or international).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and intercompany eliminations.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills; familiarity with QuickBooks and Xero a plus.
• Proven ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments is strongly preferred.
