Summary:
The Medical Service Technician Supervisor oversees the activities of the warehouse, and is the direct supervisor of the Medical Service Technician. Supervisor must be able to perform all duties of the Medical Service Technician and is responsible for seeing that all used (dirty) equipment is cleaned per manufacturer's guidelines and recommendations and returned to stock. The supervisor is responsible for the repair of equipment and maintains all records of repair along with all paperwork/ documentation related to equipment pickup/delivery. This person ascertains that all equipment to be delivered is clean, safe and functioning prior to delivery. This position is also responsible for oversight and upkeep of the physical premises and the vehicle fleet. The person in this position is under the supervision of the Operations Manager. Ability to utilize personal computers, information systems, business software packages, and the company's operational software system. Must demonstrate leadership traits and the ability to motivate, supervise, manage and work with a variety of people, both individually and in groups.

This position may be required to cross train within the agency. Responsibilities in secondary position may require access to medical records and other computer access exceeding routine computer usage. Access to patient information may be necessary to fulfill the requirements of this role; therefore, adherence to Ballad privacy and security policies and practices is a must.

Requirements:
College or technical degree. Should have a minimum of 5+ years' experience. HME/DME experience or equivalent is required. Must carry personal collision and liability insurance on any vehicle driven. Must maintain current driver's license in the appropriate state. Must be computer literate.

Must demonstrate good communication skills, effective negotiation skills and analytical ability
