\nHealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist to fill an opening in Memphis, Tennessee.
\n
\n Pay Details: $ 62.66 per hour
\n
\n Shift Details: Monday – Friday 9AM - 6PM, 10AM – 7PM, or 11AM – 8PM ( No weekend, no on call )
\n
\n Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacist :\n

\n\t
• Provide consultation on prescription and non-prescription medications for storage, dosage, side effects, and drug interactions. Provide services to patients, such as smoking cessation, blood pressure measurement and cholesterol management.\n\t
• Accurately maintain confidential records of all patients ensure proper management of patient records and pharmacy files. \n\t
• Advising patients about medicines, including how to take them, what reactions may occur and answering patients' questions.

\n Required Qualifications for Pharmacist: \n\n

\n\t
• TN Pharmacists licensed required. \n\t
• Long term care/retail experience is a plus\n\t
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.\n
