What You’ll Do: * Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and meals. * Monitor residents’ well-being and promptly report changes in condition. * Engage residents in activities that encourage connection, independence, and fun. * Work closely with families and team members to ensure residents receive personalized, compassionate care. * Uphold safety, dignity, and respect in everything you do. What Makes You a Great Fit: * You have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with seniors. * You enjoy building meaningful connections with residents and their families. * You’re a team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment. * You have strong communication skills and approach every situation with patience and empathy. * Previous caregiving experience is a plus — but not required.
