We're Hiring: Compliance Officer!

Starting Salary Range : $20.06- $25.08 per Hour

Are you passionate about doing things by the book — and making sure everyone else does too? We're looking for a Compliance Officer who’s ready to be the go-to expert on regulations, risk, and all things compliance.

This role is more than checklists and policies — it's about protecting our members, empowering our teams, and making sure we’re always operating with integrity and transparency. If you love spotting risks before they become problems, translating complex regulations into real-world guidance, and helping teams stay on track, this might be the role for you.

What You'll Do:

• Review and monitor laws, especially the Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and OFAC , and make sure we’re in full compliance.
• Evaluate our products, policies, and programs — and recommend smart, risk-reducing changes.
• Lead the charge in educating staff and making sure everyone’s in the loop on updates.
• Help develop compliance training, audit readiness, and record retention policies.
• Support internal audits, regulatory exams, and provide clear, useful reports to leadership.
• Serve as our backup BSA Officer and a key voice on cross-functional committees.
